All products are ready for delivery. There's a processing delay of up to 2 business days after payment confirmation, but they often ship in the next business day.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please let me know if there's an error with your order, I'll be happy to work that out with you. If I made a mistake in your order, I'll send you an equivalent product as soon as possible.

Free shipping to Canada

All products, wall décor excepted, are eligible for free shipping within Canada. The standard free shipping has no tracking number and can take up to 4 business days for provinces other than Quebec.

Additional shipping methods are available during checkout to allow you to upgrade the shipping category (e.g., express shipping).

Care instructions

Polymer clay is flexible and durable, however it might break if bent or dropped.
Do not wear your earrings in water to have them last longer.
To clean the polymer clay pieces, gently wipe it with a piece of soft, clean fabric.
